Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your packaging purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we'll either replace it or give you a refund.
Return Process:
- Contact us at sales@lrpackaging.com within 14 days of receiving your product.
- Provide your order number and describe the issue with the product.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
- Ship the items back to us in their original packaging, along with the Return Authorization Number.
- Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and process your return within 5 business days.
Please note that custom printed or personalized packaging products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
Refund and Dispute Policy
Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:
- If you return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund.
- If the items are damaged or defective, you will receive a full refund or replacement.
- For wholesale orders, restocking fees may apply.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process.
Dispute Resolution:
If you have a dispute regarding a purchase:
- Contact our sales team at sales@lrpackaging.com with details of the issue.
- We will investigate the matter and respond within 2 business days.
- If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, we will work with the payment processor to find a resolution.
- You may also file a dispute through your payment provider if you believe there has been an error in processing your payment.
Cancellation Policy
For standard packaging orders:
- You may cancel an order before it ships with no penalty.
- Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
- For custom or large wholesale orders, cancellation fees may apply depending on the production stage.
